Cancelling your own booking

You can cancel online at any time while your booking is held or confirmed. Go to manage your booking and enter your reference and access code.

Cancelling releases the date immediately so another guest can take it. It cannot be undone — if you cancel by mistake, contact us and we will rebook you if the slot is still free.

Weather

Sea conditions in Fiji change quickly. The skipper makes the final call on whether a trip runs, and that call is made for safety, never for convenience. If we cancel for weather we will offer you an alternative date where we can, and you are never charged for a trip we did not run.

Land tours run in most conditions. Heavy rain can close specific stops — mud pools and highland roads in particular — and we will tell you before you set out if the route needs changing.

If we have to close a date

When a date is closed for weather or maintenance, existing bookings are contacted directly and the date stops accepting new bookings straight away.
