What we hold, and why

What a booking stores

When you book we keep only what is needed to run your trip and to reach you about it.

• • Your name, email address, and phone number if you give one.
• • Your hotel or pickup point, and any notes you send us.
• • The experience, date, departure time, group size and price.

We do not collect card details on this website, so there are none to store.

How your booking is protected

Opening a booking online needs both your reference and a one-time access code. The code is stored only as a cryptographic hash, so even someone with a copy of our database cannot use it to open your booking. The reference on its own will not work.

Our internal activity logs record what happened to a booking, not who you are: email addresses are masked before they are written, and access codes are never written at all.

Who sees it

The Fishing & Island Tours team, so we can run your trip and contact you about it. Your details are not sold, and are not used for marketing unless you ask us to keep you posted.

Asking us to remove your details

Write to bula@seatoursfiji.com.fj with your booking reference and we will remove your personal details once the trip and any accounting obligations are finished.
