Are your tours private?

Yes — every tour and transfer is private to your group unless you specifically ask to join a shared departure. The one exception is the Sleeping Giant Zipline, which is a scheduled session you share with other guests. Everywhere else, being private is why we can adjust the timing and the stops on the day.

Where do trips depart from?

Boat trips leave from Naisoso Marina near Nadi. Land tours and transfers collect you from your hotel or the airport.

What happens if the weather turns?

We make the call as early as we can. If conditions are unsuitable we offer an alternative date, a different trip, or a refund of what you've paid us.

Can children come?

On most trips, yes. Buoyancy aids are carried and fitted for children, and child seats can be requested for road transfers. Tell us ages when you enquire so we can advise honestly.

What if someone gets seasick?

Let us know in advance. We can plan a sheltered route, start earlier when the sea is flattest, and suggest taking medication before boarding rather than after.

Which currency are prices in?

Tours are quoted in FJD. Airport transfers are quoted in AUD, which is how that service has always been sold.

How do I pay?

We don't take card payment on this website. You can book your date through our online booking system, or enquire by email — either way we confirm the trip and arrange payment with you directly, in writing, before you travel.

Why can I enquire but not book some trips online?

A few things are arranged by hand rather than sold through the booking system — the sunset cruise, because we confirm the rate for your exact party size first, and airport transfers, which are quoted in Australian dollars. Send us the dates and we'll reply with a written quote.

What should I bring on a boat day?

Swimwear, a towel, reef-safe sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses and a light layer for the run home. We supply drinking water and snorkel gear where the trip includes it.

Why are transfers priced in Australian dollars?

That is how this service has always been sold, and changing the currency would change the price people were quoted. Tours are quoted in Fijian dollars.

Can I book the return at the same time?

Yes. Return transfers are booked alongside the arrival and timed to your departure, with margin built in for the drive.

Do you need my flight number?

Yes — give it to us when you book. We track the flight, so a late landing is still met in the arrivals hall.

Child seats can be requested with your booking. We confirm availability and the current charge in writing when we quote you.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, for the temple. Shoulders and knees should be covered and shoes are removed at the entrance. Sarongs can usually be borrowed on site.

Roughly three hours each way from Nadi, following the southern coastal highway.

Yes. Lunch on Treasure Island is included, and so is the island landing fee. Bottled water, light snacks and seasonal fruit are on board, and alcoholic beverages can be requested at the time of booking.
