The day
Three hours, champagne, and the sky doing what it does out here.
The simplest thing we do, and the one people talk about afterwards. You leave in the late afternoon, the boat finds a quiet stretch of water, and you watch the sun go into the Pacific with a glass in your hand.
The boat is private. There is no commentary and no schedule beyond the sunset itself. If you want to stop somewhere, tell the skipper.
It works for anniversaries and honeymoons and equally well for two couples who want a good evening.
