The day

A boat, a break, and roughly two and a half hours in the water.

A straightforward boat charter for surfers. We leave between 8:00 and 9:00am, run to a break that suits the swell and the tide on the day, and sit on it for about two and a half hours.

The boat stays with you the whole time, which means shade, water and somewhere to put your gear. Up to six people on board.

You need to be able to surf — this is transport and local knowledge, not a lesson.

Best for
Competent surfers travelling in a small group.
Pace
Active. Sustained time in open water.

Questions

Before you book

Which break do we surf?

Whichever is working. We choose on the morning based on swell direction, wind and tide, and tell you before we leave.

Can beginners come?

Not on this charter. Reef breaks are unforgiving; we would rather set you up with a beach lesson first.

Do you supply boards?

Not as part of the charter. Surfboards can be hired at extra cost if you ask when you book; otherwise bring your own equipment.
